We aren’t your average DJs. The Moving Music DJ team is made up of some of the most seasoned professionals in Western New York and we take our work seriously (even though we’re having a blast doing it).

That’s why, after thousands of events, we still start from scratch with every client.
We really listen to our clients – their vision, their desires, their preferences – and build the entire entertainment plan around this. We don’t do cookie cutter; every client is unique so we give them a unique plan that’s designed exclusively around their event.
We also give our clients access to our online database where they can organize the timeline of the night and design a custom playlist, including must plays and do not plays.

We also have a variety of multinational music and have performed many non-traditional events. We have Spanish American DJs on staff for Hispanic-inspired events. We have the experience and DJs to cover Lebanese, Arabic, Indian and Bollywood music/events as well. No request is impossible.

Hi my name is Tony and I started my career with Moving Music in the Mid 80’s as a sound system setup guy. After being schooled by some of the DJ greats who helped build Moving Music, I took off DJing about 10 years ago and have loved it ever since.
My favorite part of DJing is connecting with people, and knowing that I played a small part in making an event successful and joyous for everyone. You can’t go wrong with any of our DJs. I pride myself as being a well-organized professional who provides an exciting event for all ages and who is personally committed to making your event special.
Hi My Name is DJ Danny “D” and I have been a performer since the age of 5. This has made me evolve into one of the most well rounded, entertaining and experienced professionals on the DJ circuit. I have a true passion for all styles and genres of music and truly love what I do. I have played different instruments and grew up in a huge family with many tastes in music from swing, country, metal, pop, classic rock, jazz, club, techno, and classics. This has taught me how to truly mix and master different music styles letting me know where to put the right song at the right moment. I believe in offering a state-of-the-art, fun, sophisticated style whether performing in a tavern or a wedding reception.
I understand that on your one grand day I will be creating and setting memories that will last a lifetime for you, your guests, closest friends, and family. I believe in seeing your event/ceremony/reception as a movie that you wrote to tell your story, there is a beginning, a middle, and an end, with some surprises along the way.

Seriously, I have worked 100’s of weddings over the past 23 years!! Very knowledgeable in a variety of music styles, from the 50’s to today’s newest hits!! (Old School, Classic, Modern, and Alternative Rock – Retro/Disco – R&B/Hip Hop – Today’s Country – Old School Dance and Club Hits – and a “Wedding Music Specialist!”)
I started DJing when I was 18 years old at PM Niagara Rock & Dance Club in Niagara Falls, NY and have never stopped! I’m one lucky man to be able to work for sooo long at what I truly love to do! Thanks and see you at your next Party, Wedding or Special Event!!

Hi my name is Mike Clavell also known as DJ Jesterz and I have officially joined Moving Music in 2015. I have been interested in mixing music since the rewind and record buttons broke on my tape player recording mixes from live radio stations trying to cut out the commercials 25 years ago. My father introduced me to Elvis Presley at a very young age at the same time my mother would listen to Nina Simone while cooking dinner for the family. Other inspirations are my other family members such as my older brother listening to Hip Hop and my older sister who was into Freestyle and club music. As digital age progressed, so did my affinity for music with the invention of the CD player/CD recorder. I started recording mixes which included all genres of music and becoming a successful nightclub DJ in cities such as Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and as far as guest spots in Toronto and Miami FL. The computer age is where I am at my best along with my top of the line equipment and state of the art software all tied together to make your event a seamless party EXTRAVAGANZA!! I love customer service and can’t wait to help you make your event unforgettable!!!

DJ Luke Neveau
Hello, I am DJ Luke and I have always been referred to as “MR. MUSIC”. When I was ten years old I received my first stereo for my birthday and ever since then I have been obsessed with music. I started buying records and tapes at a young age and before I knew it, I was mixing on “2 Turntables and a Microphone” making mix tapes for all of my friends. I was a disc jockey in the 90’s at Jacobi’s, No Names & Cheers. I always wanted to make people happy playing what they wanted, so it was no surprise that I started to DJ Weddings, Parties & School Dances. In 2008 I graduated from SAE Institute of Audio Technology with a diploma in Audio Engineering. I have a total 17 years of DJ & customer service experience. I am a detailed oriented person with a fun personality and know just the right song two get your butt on the dance floor.

Hey, my name is DJ Jeff (Frizb). I love to DJ and have been doing it since 1990. I am able to DJ any type of event including sweet sixteen parties, 50th wedding anniversaries, weddings and everything in between. I own a music store in the Buffalo area which allows me to become familiar with all styles of music. My goal is for you and your guests to have a great time and to make sure to get every detail of your event just right.

Since 1984 Tim Clifton set out to start as different type of Mobile Entertainer. One that could provide clients with unique entertainment experiences not found elsewhere. A veteran of the nightclub scene, Tim found that there was a huge desire for mobile DJs who did more than just press buttons. His concept was simple; provide a DJ service who can a mix, work a crowd and provide a party atmosphere! The simple fact is that I enjoy helping others have a great time. I do that by playing what you like to hear. Yes… I really do play requests!
When Russell was a young boy he lived in a duplex in Cheektowaga. While other boys would be playing with their little trucks and toys I would be playing with my portable DJ turntable pretending to be a DJ. I went to college for communications, I worked full time as a DJ at a volleyball Bar to help put me through school and while attending school I interned at Kiss 98.5 FM in Buffalo. Once my internship ended I went to the Columbia school of broadcasting to further my education. I then landed my first radio gig in Bradford PA WESB AM I worked at the station as an on the air personality for 2 years and then moved to the Carolinas where I worked at the New 94.1 FM for another 2 years. I decided it was time to open up my DJ business in North Carolina and some 16 years later I continue to rock the parties and take care of our valued customers. I am now working my way back home to Buffalo and have joined the Moving Music! I look forward to making your event memorable!!

Working the music business for 20 years, started in Colombia in the late 90s moved to Miami in 2005 and finally arrived in the western New York area in 2007.
Gathered tons of music from all over the world and the ability to mix different types of genres from Latino music to the most exotic electronic music. always focused on getting the crowd engaged and dancing from beginning to end.
Experienced on every type of crowds young and old keeping up with the latest musical trends and also the old times classics of the disco and the most emblematic slow and folk songs.
Versed in English and Spanish assuring the best time when a variety of multicultural people gather in a celebration.
Very fun and easy to work with, but at the same very committed and ethical, perfect combination for a hassle free event with the highest standards of local or international events.
Hello I Am DJ Jerid (aka DJ-JAYRED). I have been with Moving Music since 2020. Growing up I always loved music, it was a bonus that I got to grow up with my Dad being a DJ. When I was very young I was exposed to ALL genres of music from Country to Hip Hop and all in between! It started when I was just 10 years old and my dad took me to my very first gig EVER and I fell in love ever since. When I turned 13 I started to DJ all of the School Dances with my dad. Year by Year it grew more and more on me. Fast forward to 2017 my dad gave me a Numark Mixtrack, a laptop, and a speaker. He told me if you want to be on your own you need to practice. Shortly after I became the DJ at at a roller rink and that is where I mainly worked on my MC’ing and Crowd Interaction. From there I took it right to weddings and private parties and have done more than 100 events in the past 4 years !!! My main thing being a DJ is ALWAYS making sure the clients and their guests are happy at all times!! I work very close with my clients to ensure that everything goes very smoothly the day of their event! Jamar “DJ J-Real” Lewis
Growing up In Buffalo NY, Jamar grew up around music, from playing drums at his family church, to listening to his father’s endless record collection. Music is something that has become a part of his life from day one. Taking after his father who was also a DJ, Jamar wanted to explore the world of being a DJ. Jamar really took interest while interning for WBLK, and the other stations with Townsquare Media. Jamar became a DJ and Urban Music director on WBNY.
After his time at WBNY Jamar went to DJ at some of Buffalo’s most popular nightclubs and radio stations. Playing Genres ranging from Hip-Hop, Pop, Country and Reggae while playing for schools, parties and corporate events, DJ J-Real’s main goal was to establish himself as a well rounded DJ that can play and mix anything.

Hi my name is DJ Mullen and I only feel at home when I’m preforming. Growing up I was introduced to many great artist and bands early on and developed a love for music because of this. Being exposed to a vast array of genres, from has made me open to any style of music, which in turn helps me cater to any dance floor. This coupled with my experience as a podcaster has crafted a personality you will want at all if you’re scents. So whether you want to keep it classy to some “Oldies but Goodies” or you would prefer to get down with some 90s hip hop, I’ll come prepared and fully stocked to make sure the party does not stop till you say it does.
